Just wrapped up a great seminar in Vancouver, BC. Nicki and I got to hang out with a bunch of friends we have not seen in a looong time. It was fantastic. We also went to a dinner at Lupo
(which means “Wolf” in Italian oddly enough) with the winners of the CrossFit Canada Paleo Challenge. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. If you get a chance to eat there, DO IT.

So close and yet so far. I live in the province next door. You really must come to Alberta one day! I’m scheming ways to get you here somehow… Looks like a grand time was had in BC! Hope the weather held out for you.
Alberto says
Amazing! I can’t believe Boston it’s gonna be the last one. Please record it!!
Tony says
I’ll buy a copy of the seminar!
Stan says
2nd this, I’m in Australia and thus will never get to see the seminars but I’d buy one for sure.
Robb Wolf says
We will make something happen with this.

I’m thinking that I would start with the Octopus Carpaccio (minus the beans of course… gotta love raw fish), followed by the BC Sablefish with some scallops on the side, washed down with some chardonnay, and finish it off with some gelato or sorbet and maybe some espresso. Mmmmmm….
What did you have?
Robb Wolf says
all of it!
Matt Lentzner says
All this writing you have been doing lately is definitely having an effect. You are really starting to look like Ernest Hemingway. 🙂
Robb Wolf says
Hope I do not finish out the same way!
Matt Lentzner says
You’re always talking about doing a Cobain. Apparently Cobain did a Hemingway.
But yes, please don’t check out. Glad to hear you’ve been hanging out where it’s nice and sunny.

Any chance any of your seminars will be available online as you’re seriously cutting back on them (I heard even stopping)? Thanks!
HArold says
There is someone of your team who will give a second life to your seminar?
Thx for evrything, writing, podcast, integrity!

Hey Robb!
I just wanted to say thanks for talking with me about my concerns about switching careers to become a dietician. You brought up a few very good points and gave me some things to think about. It was great seeing you speak and I’m excited about your next career move. I think the world is ready for you, so I’m glad you’re moving forward. We need medical professionals to understand this seemingly simple biochemistry. I’m excited for you to help pave the way for this type of curriculum. Also, I wanted you to know that your podcast always make me laugh. I love your nerdy rants and the fact that you have no room for bullsh*t. Your passion is infectious. You and Nikki are doing amazing things for a lot of people. Keep up the fight!
Robb Wolf says
It was great to meet you! Keep in touch, I’d really like to know what you are up to.

Hey!! I attended the seminar from Alberta and loved it!! The 820 km (about 520 miles) motorcycle ride home was worth it… LOL! I can just about feel my butt again.
I consider myself so fortunate to have attended the second last seminar. There was just so much information and it was so clear and well presented.
Thanks Robb!!
Mamie says
That’s an amazing array of salad dressings! LMAO
Seriously, love you and what you are doing.
Primal Toad says
Looks like a lot of fun. It’s too bad I won’t be able to attend any of your seminars Robb. However, the low carb cruise is going to totally kick ass! My bday is May 11… oh how lucky I am.
Robb Wolf says
I’ll see you at that!

Thanks for the good time last weekend Robb and Nicki! It was nice to finally meet you both. The information was very well thought out and presented very well. I wish we could have had more time to chat, if you ever find yourself in the Bellingham area you are welcome at our house any time! One specific question, our 5 year old was diagonsed with neutropenia at about the age she began eating whole foods, like cheerioes and grainy stuff. Coincedence? Have you ever run across this connection before?
Thanks again,
(first one in the door!)
Matt

I had a great time at the seminar. I wish I could have stayed longer after wards to chat about some stuff. I can submit my questions to the podcast and maybe Andy will pick it at random as I’m sure you guys are flooded with good material! Thanks again,
Once you know, you paleo!!!!
