Blood work after 45 days:

HDL was up from 33 to 40 (+7). I also researched your book exercise & fish oil. I’ve been down in my lower back, so didn’t exercise, and started taking fish oil 4 days before going back to the doctor. So next time will be better.

Great stuff! I’m still confused on the conflicting fish oil information I hear. We had a guest on professor Brian Peskin (ep 140) who says according to his research fish oil is extremely damaging. He seems like the only one who is against it. Either he’s right and we’re all wrong or he’s off on his science somehwere. Curious about your take on fish oil. Keep up the great work!
