Coach Sommer,
My wife and I started doing your program a couple months back and are loving it so far. My question is, or more like my wife’s question is. Is it feasible that women can do all of these movements in the Foundation Program? A lot of them require some serious upper body strength (HBP,SL,SP), and she is not sure women can achieve those movements.
Do you suggest that women just go as far into progression as possible? She is getting a good workout and likes it, but it would be nice to perform that final movement too!
