Sharon is a very busy mom.

For example, she changed her breakfast from skim milk with cereal and muesli to an omelet with bacon and a small salad. She kept at it for 2 weeks – obviously, alternating her omelet with other high-fat meals.
Then she changed her lunch and kept at it for 2 weeks. Finally, her dinner.
All she had to do was respect the “Sugarless Principle” – she could eat anything except foods that are, in one way or another, sugar.
I won’t lie to you – it was tough. She relapsed to processed foods a couple of times, felt very depressed some days and had intense emotional swings in others.

It was a difficult question with a difficult answer.
“I never felt better in my life – ironically, after feeling horribly for a while”, laughed Sharon.

Wow I agree the with Judy! The whole site is a massive hard sell. Hard to get to any information in between all the sales pitch. Makes the site come off as a gimmick with all the marketing. Just come to Robb’s site to get actual info without the used car salesman feel!
It’s funny how people will try every drug under the sun instead of doing what’s necessary to control and reverse their diabetes. Robb keeps it simple your “diet” and “exercise.” Basics that people ignore or complain that it’s too hard.
You can dramatically improve your health in 3-6 months just by making minor changes and keeping with them.

This reinforces the natural approach I use with my clients and that it works to reverse type 2 diabetes. Sharon’s story is very similar to my client Chris whose A1c was 8.5 12 weeks ago when we started and is now 5.9. She also has lost 25 pounds. This was achieved with a gluten-free Paleo diet that allows steel-cut oats a few mornings in addition to eggs. I also have Chris taking a few supplements including one that published studies show are as effective as Metformin. Chris still enjoys an occasional alcoholic drink (whiskey) and exercises most weeks. So, I believe it’s the combination of these factors that makes the reverse diabetes program so effective.

From then, I stopped medicine last four days and aligning myself to Paleo. Morning I take Badam nuts (30), Chicken or Fish for lunch and Egg + green leaves for dinner. My BG levels after 4 days are fasting (126) and PP (167). Have not tested HbA1C.
1) Please suggest if I am on right track.
2) Is there any complication as I stopped medicine ?
3) I used to take non veg foods occasionally before (once in a week). If I take now daily, will my body accept ?
4) What are typical south indian foods available in paleo list.
