30 Day Guide to the Paleo Diet
Want some extra help? Have you been trying Paleo for a while but have questions or aren’t sure what the right exercise program is for you? Or maybe you just want a 30-day meal plan and shopping list to make things easier? We’ve created a getting started guide to help you through your first 30 days.
I have been casually temped to give a flotation session a try. There is a place in Loveland Ohio (Cincinnati area) called Float Source. Jim says he drives to Dayton – this is a bit closer (and close to me) – any opinions on them?
I would give the one in Cinnicanti a try. It’s more then likly newer and has better tanks. The one is Dayton is good but the tanks are a bit outdated, coffin style. Enjoy !!!
Before living on the earth surface, the ancestors of men used to live on the surface of trees and ate only fruits, seeds and insects. Introducing meat to their meal it was certainly difficult because they were not genetically prepared to this new food. Therefore, they have faced several healthy problems due to its introduction as their food.
Isn.t the same that is happening (health problems) that is happening with the introduction of cereals, leguminous and milk of other animals into their nutrition?
Great podcast as usual.
Jim is always a great conversation.
