I wanted to let y’all know about a talk I’ll be doing with Chris Martenson (who I did a recent podcast with here) and Adam Taggert of Peak Prosperity, Sept 2nd at the Sebastpol Grange in Sebastopol, CA.
The framework Chris and Adam use for their resiliency program has been incredibly helpful to me and has been some of the most stimulating material I’ve taken in over the past four years. They look at the world using the “Three E’s”: Energy, the Economy, and the Environment. From my earliest days in this paleo/ancestral health scene I have looked at things from a similar perspective, but without the level of sophistication they bring to these critical topics.
Chris and Adam will share their latest forecasts on the world macro situation — economic & financial dangers, resource depletion, energy system instability — as well as insights from their upcoming book on how to best insulate ourselves from these risks.
I’ll be covering a bit of my history in the ancestral health scene and will make a strong case that medicine should get cheaper and better as we learn more about ourselves and our world, vs the trajectory we are on. A big piece of this story will look at the risk assessment program I’ve worked on over the past 3-4 years.
The main talks will go from 7-9 PM and cost $15. There will also be a pre-event cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres in downtown Sebastopol from 5-6:30 PM with a price of $40. That cocktail event is almost sold out as of the time of this posting as it is limited to 25 people. If you want more general information on the event you can go here and if you want to purchase tickets for the events you can go here.
I hope you can make it to this event!
