30 Day Guide to the Paleo Diet
Want some extra help? Have you been trying Paleo for a while but have questions or aren’t sure what the right exercise program is for you? Or maybe you just want a 30-day meal plan and shopping list to make things easier? We’ve created a getting started guide to help you through your first 30 days.
Great red meat paper, I actually used that as a reference for my Geography of Health research paper over a month ago… for a study on a saturated fat and the paleo diet. Glad you guys keep educating and helping people!
I had my blood checked last weekend since I’ve been eating clean Paleo for 6 months.
The doctor’s aid just called me and said that my cholesterol has risen year over year when compared to my last lab in March ’14.
She said to follow the doctor’s advice and switch to a low cholesterol, low fat diet for 3 months. I don’t plan on doing that; however, what do you think about the increased cholesterol?
I don’t have specific levels until I stop by and sign up online.
Really hard to say without knowing what the levels actually are.
I do what most sane people do: I season a steak with salt, pepper, and some sort of spice like Montreal Steak, creole seasoning, garlic etc. Then I put coconut oil on a pan and then I sear it (not vaporize it) on both sides until it is medium rare. Is this Ok, or should I start eating a big bowl of Wheaties with some low fat soy milk and a kale shake for 5 meals a day?
