Day 30
Challenge: Evaluate your situation and progress. Ask yourself – “How do I feel and where are my energy levels now compared to when I started making these changes?” or “Has my gym performance and/or how my clothes fit changed since I have been eating better?” If you like your answers to these questions remember them, write them down and pull them out as a reminder as to why you’re doing this. YOU’RE WORTH IT!!
Amy’s Two-Second Takeaway: It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! If you’re going to enjoy a drink (or two), choose wisely! A glass of wine, a beer or gluten free beer or hard liquor on the rocks or mixed with club soda are going to be much better choices than sweet drinks, wine coolers and cocktails. Also, if you decide to drink – make sure you eat clean and employ a two-drink maximum rule.
YOU MADE IT!! It’s been 30 days of challenges and you did it! So, now what? Hopefully, through all of this you’ve developed some new habits and learned a few things (if nothing else, maybe you got a good laugh every few days…). Don’t stop now – keep challenging yourself, it doesn’t have to be hard or perfect every single day – just don’t give up! If you enjoyed the last 30 days (or if you didn’t), send or leave us a comment on the blog telling everyone about your 30 Challenges in 30 Days experience. Who knows… Maybe we’ll do this again!

I went Paleo February 16, 2015 and it has been great. Of course it hasn’t been perfect every day, but amazing none the less. My gym and running performance is off the charts and the body changes more than I expected. My sister is a busy mom of 4 and is jumping on the paleo train, I’m encouraging her every step of the way. I got R Arthritis for last 1 and 1/2 year now.I am trying to manage it with supplements and diet. Like green juicing twice a week,bone broth,suppliment and turmeric ginger fermented veg, sourdough rye bread etc, I am not taking any medication.But I have time to time flare ups.At the moment suffering with respiratory infection.e.g cough,sore throat for last 4months.Because my diet is not 100% ,how is suppose to be.I take bread and rice etc in my diet.
I am thinking to try Paleo diet.I heard that It can reverse the R A.How long do i would have to take Paleo diet.
I love my rice and chapatti.

Hey, I have a comment and a question. I finished the 30-day challenge about 10 days ago. I lost 10 pounds, feel great, and I’m sticking with it. But here’s my thing: I lost all 10 pounds in the first 10 days or so. Then my weight stabilized and I haven’t lost any since. I know that scales aren’t the best measure of getting into shape so I’m also using tape measures and I even have an electronic fat-loss monitor. I have a very high body fat rating – 24%. I would really like to reduce it and I’d love some advice. I’m a 43-year-old male (how much does my age come into play in terms of burning fat?). I exercise regularly – weights, some running (sprints), cycling and I try to walk as much as I can. Thanks!

this is the second week trying to be paleo, I’m still eating one or two pieces of bread for breakfast and a bit of rice for lunch but I eat more vegetables, any kind of meat.
