Challenge: Write it down! Keep a food journal today. Record what you eat, how much, what time you eat and how you feel before and after (are you starving, satiated, stuffed, etc.) your meal or snack. Note if you’re craving something, if you’re eating because you’re bored, stressed, etc. Everything counts – even that bite of your child’s Larabar and the ‘small’ handful of nuts you grabbed on your way through the kitchen.
