30 Day Guide to the Paleo Diet
Want some extra help? Have you been trying Paleo for a while but have questions or aren’t sure what the right exercise program is for you? Or maybe you just want a 30-day meal plan and shopping list to make things easier? We’ve created a getting started guide to help you through your first 30 days.

Great podcast, guys. Really loved what Tim said (and Robb has been saying for ages) that most folks just need to get back to the basics. People get into the minutia and want to fiddle with all the new, shiny parts & pieces (fasting, cold exposure, ketosis, and on and on), when what they would benefit from most is more sleep, more deep breathing, more time in the woods, more movement (but less “exercise”), and more CALMING THE frack DOWN. 😉 I think the low-level stuff tends to get the short shrift because it’s not the latest and greatest, and it doesn’t have a fancy new e-book and 8 podcast interviews to go along with it, but ultimately, it is what needs to be the foundation. People are trying to run long before they’ve mastered walking.
I dunno. Just seeing this with some clients lately — it’s hard to help people wrap their heads around the notion that they need to spend less time “working out” but more time *moving.* (This goes back to the Katy Bowman interview, too.) More time in the fresh air, and maybe more time in the kitchen and less time getting bars, powders, and gadgets drop shipped from Amazon.
Also really liked the distinction Tim made between “data” and “information.” Not the same things! Very helpful, I think, especially for the people who become borderline obsessed with measuring and quantifying everything. To what end? What can we *do* with that data? I think this stuff sometimes comes to rule people’s lives. Call me crazy, but I could think of better ways to enjoy the limited time we’re given on this rock.

I was hoping you transcribe interviews so I don’t have to listen to the whole thing again taking notes. 😉
