    Great stuff Robb!!

btw, it drove me nuts that she inexplicably chose not to pronounced the ‘T’ in gluten, even though you pronounced the word properly dozens of times…

    Robb,
You were fabulous as always…I can’t wait for the book and have told all my paleo pals to get on it.

The podcast mentioned book release date of Sept. 14th. I preordered via Amazon a few months ago, which indicates it won’t be shipped until Sept. 20th. Do we preorder folks have to wait longer than the bookstores?

Amazon has released several dates, all if which are wrong! You should get it right about the 14th.

    Robb,

Unrelated comment, but I had to share some good news.

I attended your CF cert in Boston about a year ago. I had already been a year into crossfit and dabbled in paleo. You motivated me more than anyone to learn more and make this a bigger part of my life. I had been a chubby kid my whole life, and after college i began to live “better.”

long story short, felt compelled to have a full physical a couple weeks ago and that included a blood test. A quote from my doc: “this is the highest HDL I’ve EVER seen in a male patient”

    HOLY SH*T

    Here’s the breakdown:
    Total Cholesterol: 150
    HDL: 75
    Triglycerides: 46
    LDL: 66
    A1C: 5.5%

    Thanks dude :)

      WOW!

The A1c looks just a little high, but I’ve noticed a few folks with that. Might need to investigate if eating this way skews that reading.

Thanks for sharing! This is awesome!
