“I know we’ve discussed “Atomic Habits” before and some have read/started/re-read the book, but for those who have not or who want a good refresher, this was an amazing episode with Attia and James Clear” – Kristin J.Â

“I enjoyed this Gad Saad. Let me guess, people think he’s a kook? That’s usually what I end up finding out about people I like.” – Whitney R.

“So much good stuff on this episode…covid theater, media ridiculousness, selling out to China, American manufacturing, etc. We should be applying regenerative agg type thinking to all our purchases, not just meat. Think about the person that makes your clothes, where the materials come from, who the profit goes to. I’m 100% in.” – Andrew S.
“Rebels I’m loving this podcast. Each ep is an interview discussing the Interviewee’s journey. It’s always interesting and informative but it’s also calm. Some of the podcasts I enjoy do leave me feeling a bit stressed afterwards lately! This ep is a long one but some excellent banter and old man grumbling” – Heather D.

“Growing up in CA, and spending a lot of time driving down the 5 (and it’s THE 5, not 5), almonds have ALWAYS frustrated me. This podcast hits on ALL THE POINTS as to why we should not consume almonds… The bees, this is probably the most frustrating for me. Especially with how much we export. Anyway – enjoy and don’t eat almonds!” – Kim G.

“Malcolm Kendrick provides a compelling narrative for the epithelial damage hypothesis of heart disease over the LDL hypothesis. Sooo interesting that I’d love to hear a steel man critique of the hypothesis” – Greg F.Â

“Really interesting podcast on the Huberman Lab. Curious other, smarter than me, people’s thoughts. I really love that no only does he get into more alternative health topics, but also LOVES finding the science that supports things like breath work and acupuncture. I found the segment on acupuncture particularly interesting.” – Kim G.Â
“Love the way Andrew explains the science, I can replay and replay his podcast, loaded with great info. The immune one was 👊🏼” – Tami S
“Loved this episode. Particularly loved his explanation of heating/cooling the body and also using breathing as a behavioral intervention to enhance immune response and decrease inflammation. I used to go to a pool-based crossfit class where we did some Wim Hoff type breathing outside the pool and then a whole bunch of adrenaline based activity inside the pool. It was a really challenging (mentally – comfort zone) class but I always used to come away from it feeling sensational. Huberman’s explanation of how that type of breathing effects the body in conjunction with releasing adrenaline was really enlightening.” – Kerry H
