Dry Farm Wines
The health qualities in a wine depend on a few very important factors. Choose the right wine and you’ll enjoy wine’s well-known benefits. Choose the wrong wines and you’ll find yourself with headaches, hangovers, and unexpected harmful consequences. My friends at Dry Farm Wines hand select the best, healthy (no chemicals, no added sugars) wines.
This Black Friday and Cyber Monday ONLY they are giving you discounted vino. Pick some up for host/ess gifts, holiday parties, or yourself!

The thing I am missing MADLY from the paleo / primal / lowcarb etc etc. world is canned or ‘boxed’ nutritional supplements. Just spent 6 mos dealing with my beloved (half-blind, very deaf, quite demented) 95-yr-old mom in a memory care ward. The aides would offer (as she became more and more unable to chew and swallow — the home would puree soups, and I’d bring good protein drink and yogurt every dinner); but they kept offering (and for all I know, fed her at breakfast and lunch) “Ensure” and some other brand. The first FOUR ingredients are water, sugar, sugar, sugar…. !!!!!
We boomers are NOT getting younger, and many do not have a local kid who will make and bring a GOOD protein/nutrition drink for one meal a day.
A few years ago, when I got poisoned by as probiotic pill (lost 17 pounds in 4 days! EVERYthing was leavin’ the house!), as I was recovering I asked a pharmacist if there WAS a drinkable supplement that was NOT all-sugar…. Nope.
Ride the first wave before the tsunami — please consider MAKING and selling a healthy -off-the-shelf, ready-for-use supplemental drink to give to old folks (or ill folks) that is NOT all-sugar-all-the-time!

Those look an awful lot like affiliate links. Are they? If so, where is the mandatory disclosure?
