I’ve been on a CKD for around 6 years now. Started with the Anabolic Diet by Dr. Di Pasquale back in 2012. Supplemented my knowledge with Natural Hormonal Enhancement by Rob Fagin… Then your Paleo Solution followed by Primal Blueprint, Protein Power, Why we Get Fat, The vegetarian Myth, The Keto Bible, and Fat Chance.
I’ve found my best success with a CKD that consist of one 80-100g carb meal a week. Coupled with power-lifting and strongman training.
