Just read the transcript. Always love Katy Bowman. I just signed up for Mark Sisson’s Primal Health Coaching Certification, and was thrilled to see that she in involved with it. I loved the idea of giving kids (and yourself) a purpose to movement. I spend hours catching crayfish as a kid, and took my kids out to hunt for all types of creatures when they were younger. (They’re now 16 and 19,) Thanks Robb and Katy for a great discussion!!!

Another excellent podcast Robb and Katy. You guys are living proof that integrity stands tall long after compromise succumbs to the inevitable. I am going to proudly give my 90 – year old Uncle both of your new books for his birthday. He grew on a farm in Louisiana and loves both healthy food and movement.
Is there any chance that I can use your movement protocol for healing my “Direct Inguinal Hernia”? My dream is to be the first person to heal this debacle.
