Love Mark Hyman and love this book! He gives such good sensible information about why fat is important in a way the reader can understand. Reading about the way he eats on a typical day made me laugh, because it was pretty much exactly what I eat. I reviewed this book on my blog a few months ago…have recommended it to many people. Even though I was pretty familiar with the information in it, I still enjoyed reading it.
Why is it that Dr Hyman always sounds like he’s eating and drinking when he’s on a podcast? Pretty much every time I’ve heard him speak on somebody’s podcast he sounds that way. Otherwise good content but it’s annoying when it sounds like you’ve interrupted somebody’s meal. Also I know he wants to sell books etc., but I wish somebody would ask him how his book differs from The Big Fat Surprise by Nina Teicholz.
I’m wondering what Dr. Hyman uses as the liquid for his morning drink – just water perhaps? He didn’t mention it in his list of ingredients. Enjoyed the discussion – always informative.
