Wow, I’m only about 1/3 of the way through the podcast but I can completely relate to Amy and the situation she described in her intro…it’s my story with the exception of being in my 40s instead of 30s..

I think there is a pattern and that’s what I am working on right now- a online health reset for people like us 🙂
