Hello Robb and company,
I know you get a lot of people telling you how much you and your team have helped them. Well I’d like to add my name to that list. In 2009, I was 30 and just starting veterinary school. I was (and still am) married with one son. I had gained quiet a lot of weight after having my first son in 2007 and was about 220 lbs at 5’4”. I commuted daily ~ 1.5 hours to school by bus. I used that time to nap and occasionally study, but most of the time I listened to your podcast. The information I gained from you during that time was transformative. During what was objectively the most stressful time in my life I was able to lose 60 lbs and gain the ability to deal with stress/life. I graduated in 2013 and had a second son in May 2014. I went a little crazy while pregnant and ate all of the ice cream possible, but still mostly no gluten (damn those cupcakes, man). Anyway, my second son is now 10 months old. I’ve already lost 60 lbs again thanks to you, low carb paleo, walking and strength training. Thank you for teaching me how to eat, sleep and train. I’m passing your name and book on to everyone I love. Specifically, I sent my father your book about 7 months ago. Last I heard he’s down 40 lbs, feeling great and getting buff.
