We have 10 years in business under our belts developing a successful strength and conditioning program designed for health, longevity and performance based fitness.
Seminar Content:
Learn and practice basic movement, strength and skill progressions. The seminar will cover squat, deadlift, press, pushing and pulling variations with dumbbells, barbells and bodyweight exercises. Movement practice will address the appropriate mobility exercises for getting the best out of your positions as well as the necessary recovery tools and how to incorporate them into your program.
Before arrival, attendees will be asked to complete a questionnaire and submit a brief basic movement video to help us place you in small groups appropriate to your fitness and experience level. This will ensure greater individual attention so participants get the most out of the seminar.
The seminar will provide you with the proper tools for developing and progressing each individual’s training program, and you will receive one month of free programming appropriate to your fitness level. Video footage will be used throughout the seminar to access and improve each participant’s technique.
The seminar also includes a nutrition component with the most up to date information on how to support your training program as well as look, feel, and perform your best.
