1 lb ground beef (or turkey or pork)
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can of fire-roasted tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 packet of chili seasoning
Instructions: 1. Brown ground beef in a large sauce pan.
2. Add red pepper & onion, saute until onions appear translucent.
3. Add fire-roasted tomatoes and saute until warmed.
4. Mix in tomato sauce and chili seasoning, combine well.
5. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve & enjoy!
