I tell mine to eat a veggie…celery, carrot sticks, etc. Magically, if that’s their only option suddenly they are “full”! It’s the darndest thing! 🙂

Hmmm. Personally I think to embark on this paleo thing requires a commitment to actually think and evaluate things as you go. Yes it takes work and research. If you expect your phone to take up that responsibility you’re kidding yourself…

Do we really need an app to tell us what is paleo?? I know that I don’t. I’d rather save my two dollars and plan what I’m going to buy knowing whether it is paleo or not. How fucking lazy are people getting?

That would be such a good ideea!If you are on a diet or you just like to know what you eat you could watch your calories,carbs.It would really help!

Wow great app! This means my paleo reference shopping list which I always keep in my wallet will finally have to say goodbye. Been waiting for this app,can’t wait to download and try it.
Installed and uninstalled immediately. I did a search for Granny Smith Apples. It said check your internet connection. I have 4 full bars. So I lowered it to just apples, again, check your internet connect. Waste my time. I rate this app zero. I installed 4 others and they open right away. Gahh! I was able to go to another section but I’m not interested in signing up for a 12 week or whatever it was course just yet. It’s all about the money. I get it ya gotta make a buck. So don’t say the app is free in the store then.
