I LOVE these Italy posts. Since going Paleo a few months ago, honestly, one of my biggest fears has been “what will become of my beloved trips to Italy??” After seeing your pizza post, I Googled “Gluten free in Italy”, and you are right, it seems more doable there than in the U.S.!
