Today we have guest Todd White of Dry Farm Wines. Todd and I talk all about wine, and cover how it’s processed/made in the US, the wine industry, why drinking wine makes you feel bad, the difference in dry farming, sustainability, and how to get good wine that checks all the boxes. This episode unfortunately felt like a bit of a sales pitch. Though there was some interesting information, it was only really discussed in relation to the specific product the guest was selling. For example , if most European wine is produced in a superior way to US wine, why only talk about the .01% of US wine that is made in that European style and not just all wines made that way. I am a long time listener and love the show, however I have seen other podcasts devolve to the point where they basically become infomercials. So far paleo solution has done a great job of keeping
marketing and quality information separate. This show unfortunately is the one exception.
Keep up the good work guys.

Just wanted to add that I am loving Dry Farm Wines. The mixed case of reds and whites is a great way to try them out, although I might go to straight red for the remainder of the winter. I can enjoy a glass of wine and not have to worry about a headache or puffy eyes the next day!
