30 Day Guide to the Paleo Diet
Want some extra help? Have you been trying Paleo for a while but have questions or aren’t sure what the right exercise program is for you? Or maybe you just want a 30-day meal plan and shopping list to make things easier? We’ve created a getting started guide to help you through your first 30 days.
David Velez says
Did Greg Everett die? I’m pretty sure he hasnt been on a podcast in 5 months

Here’s my problem: if I follow Paul’s advice and eat some carbs during the day at every meal, I get hungry again two hours later, I cannot help it. If I get hungry, I eat. If I eat every two hours, I eat too much. Then Robb is is telling me I cannot tell the difference between my mouth and the vacuum cleaner 🙂

Thanks for having Paul on Robb/Squatchy. His book and advice are phenomenal!

Interesting to hear about the impact of low carbs on synovial fluid. I’ve been reduced-carb paleo for a couple of years and have much better feelings of health, well-being and vitality, good weight loss etc. But I have underlying osteoarthritis in both hips from a childhood condition which has flared so badly in the past half year that I’m now scheduled for hip replacement surgery in January. I’ve been trying to figure out whether there is some correlative mechanism between the change in diet and the arthritis flare-up; this is the first time I’ve heard about low carb potentially impacting synovial fluid. Could this be a link? Where can I find more info? Any suggestions about what to do?
I’ve obviously been hitting the bone broths and collagen with gusto so am pretty miffed that my hip condition has deteriorated so badly. It may just be coincidence, maybe not.
Much appreciated.

$2700/wk — are you freakin’ kidding me? That’s out of reach for 90% of the U.S. population! Just how widely does Jaminet expect to spread his message through these events?
