    Hey Rob & Dr. Ruscio
    Just caught your podcast with Dr. Ruscio, great show as always. Concerning gut health and motility, it would be interesting to see if those with the above issues have corresponding problems in their lower backs. It is very common to have constipation with lower back problems due to the neurology of the area. Your injury back in the day of doing GHD’s may have complicated some of your gut/motility/pooping issues as well. Just a thought, being a chiropractor, everything’s a pinched nerve to me. Keep the info coming and how’s the cert program going?
