Everyday Paleo!

Hey Everyone!

We are literally DAYS away from the release of Everyday Paleo, the fantastic book but our very own NorCal Strength & Conditioning trainer extraordinaire, Sarah Fragoso. Why should you buy Everyday Paleo?

I can think of quite a few reasons why you’d want to buy this book, but here are a few:

1-This is a Victory Belt book, the same folks who published and edited my book. What this means is Sarah’s voice is strong and clear. The large publishers have a tendency to try to mainstream EVERYTHING. formulas work for mediocre books but absolutely kill unique, impassioned voices.

2-Sarah has “real world” experience. What does that hyperbole mean? She has three sons, helped her husband go through chiropractic school and then start a successful business. She transformed herself after her 3rd son (see this link), became one of our top trainers at NorCal and helped her family through the traumatic loss of her mother due to a protracted battle with breast cancer. Sarah could have cooked up a million excuses why she could not do this transformation, write a book, and be a great mom, but instead of complaining she works hard and focuses more on the people around her than herself.

3-EDP starts with just a touch of paleo theory. Sarah is not a scientist, and although she’d look great in a Lab-coat, that’s not her schtick. She is a coach who has helped hundreds of her clients reach their goals so the book focuses on the practical implementation of paleo.     Every Paleo Sapien (that’s mine, don’t steal it) needs a copy of this in their kitchen!

    Seems like this is just what the doctor ordered. A practical guide on paleo nutrition for people who maybe don’t want to get very deep into the theory. This may be the perfect gift.

    Hi Sarah,

    We finally got our book close to 2 weeks ago from Amazon. I have to say…..it ROCKS! Great job!

    My wife, who is a foodie and a home-chef (read: amazing cook….better than most restaurants), LOVES it. She has been cooking out of it exclusively and feels great! The recipes are so delicious, and simple to prepare. She already wants a second cookbook from you.

    I’ve been recommending the cookbook to all of my patients. I’ll let you know how they like it.

    Aloha from Hawai’i!

    I ordered Sarah’s “Everyday Paleo” book but am not sure if the shopping list that she mentions is for a family of 5 or for individuals who are interested in beginning Paleo because it does not specify in her book!

    Would someone please be able to tell me or give me a shopping list for single individuals that are interested in starting the Paleo program!?!?
