And we’re back with Episode 386 of The Paleo Solution Podcast!
This week we have our good friend and functional medicine practitioner Dr. Michael Ruscio back on the podcast again. Dr. Ruscio is one of the most knowledgeable people on gut health that I know. He’s so knowledgeable that he actually wrote a new book on the topic called Healthy Gut, Healthy You. Listen in as we discuss a lot about gut health, clearing up common gut health misconceptions, Dr. Ruscio’s new book, and more.

Thanks Rob!! Great podcast. I added the book to my collection!

Great info. I am getting more sensitive to gluten cross contamination as the years pass. I bought the book and am looking forward to trying out some of the gut protocols. It’s the clinical experience that is giving this book the edge over others I have bought in the last year that are in my stack of things to consider trying.
I was particularly interested to hear you talk about your experience with the Perfect Health Diet style carb intake. Sorry to hear it had such a bad impact on your health. As you both point out in the podcast, different people respond to different things depending on so many factors. I saw your picture recently on IG, Robb, and you have definitely found what works for you, your body looks ideal and you look very happy.
I also liked the discussion about people saying information is free on the internet. I am definitely guilty of saying that because there are so many people charging to give dietary advice to people with Multiple Sclerosis. Your advice about how to eat with MS helped me and changed my life 8 years ago for the cost of your first book. I always look to you for cutting edge info since then and found it yet again with this podcast. Can’t wait to read this book.

Robb, had read the book before the podcast, but this discussion prompted me to re-read the book! You and Doc Ruscio really get together…enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for all you do…all the best!
