Thanks for the video on Exogenous Ketones. There is so much misinformation out there and like you said a lot of it is people trying to make a buck. I especially see this in the network marketing space for Exogenous Ketones. They tend to make outlandish claims.

I probably slip into ketosis once in a while, being fairly low-carb. I was thinking exogenous ketones might benefit my brain, somehow, or make me produce more GABA. So far, I’ve found that they seem to exacerbate anxiety. Maybe the larger acute dose is more stressful, and a smaller chronic dose is more desirable?
