I noticed on the first page of the original article that saturated fat was implicated in dietary factors. Everything I’ve heard from the paleo/ancestral environment doesn’t have this view. Any reason for this?

You are absolutely right to notice that when you are at the resort near the sea, everything is perfectly digested. I think it’s because the mind is relaxed. All the problems and worries are left at home far from here and this greatly affects digestion. But it stops working when you move to the resort on a permanent basis.
