Just read the transcript (which is sometimes more convenient than a podcast…love that you have them both here for us!) i completely relate to what Yuri says about not wanting to label himself. I was vegetarian for over 30 years, vegan and even raw vegan as some of that. At the age of 50 I feel amazing following a Paleo/Primal lifestyle, which I have been doing for 5 years or so. But I am so enthusiastic about healthy, whole foods in general, and don’t want someone to write me off just because they don’t like Paleo. And many of the things I learned as a raw vegan have carried over. I still start every day with a big green drink made in my Vitamix. And still love using raw nuts, and coconut oil, and all those good things.
