30 Day Guide to the Paleo Diet
Want some extra help? Have you been trying Paleo for a while but have questions or aren’t sure what the right exercise program is for you? Or maybe you just want a 30-day meal plan and shopping list to make things easier? We’ve created a getting started guide to help you through your first 30 days.

Why focus on the evolutionary perspective of diet as therapy and just focus on diet as therapy. I think the problem with ancestral health is that what are ancestors ate is not entirely agreed upon.

I’m one of the 35%. It’s never troubled me. The whole caveman thing or evolutionary biology thing – they are just interesting frameworks. You don’t have to believe they are absolute truth. The question is do I feel better when I eat Paleo AIP? YES. So, when I explain bits and pieces to my (also believing in God) family, I explain modern wheat isn’t the wheat of the Bible. And modern feedlots are horribly unhealthy and nothing like how cows were raised even a hundred years ago. I point out the more natural food preparation methods in Weston Price’s work and that industrial oils were invented just a few decades back and we’ve all gotten sicker since. There’s a lot you can say without ever using the word evolution.
Thank you, Robb for your tireless work in getting these principles out there. And for bringing the interesting guests on.
Brian says
Christian scholars have been talking about evolution since far before Darwin. The problem with modern discussions on evolution is that it’s a stupid proxy for an argument on atheism.
