Thanks for another interesting episode. I appreciate that Dr. Ruscio mentioned Dr. Gardner’s research at Stanford about the spectrum of carbohydrate diets and heterogeneity of insulin sensitivity. I am not surprised that low-carb diets work best for people with insulin resistance given my work with people with type 2 diabetes but it’s always good to have anecdotal experience reinforced with data.
