Any hope in the nearby future of shipping this product to Canada? We need sleep here, too!! 😉
Robb Wolf says
YES!! Should be soon.

re: Any hope in the nearby future of shipping this product to Canada?
While you are waiting, two other important things to do about sleep are:
1. Control your dusk & night time light exposure
Research ipRGC and the “blue light at night” problem. Blue blockers are a simple solution.
2. Get your gut biome in order. Permanently add prebiotic fiber to your diet. Kick start it all with a course of quality probiotics (i.e. probably not the stuff on room temperature retail shelves).
Robb Wolf says
Canada is in the plans, just takes a bit to ramp up to that.
spot on with both recommendations, love it.
Shannon says
I looked at the website, and no where do I see ingredients or nutritional information. Did I miss it? Strange to market a health product without disclosing ingredients, so I sure hope I am just looking in the wrong spot. Can you help?
Robb Wolf says
It’s there! We will get that on the front page: http://www.sleepcocktails.com/products/doc-parsleys-sleep-cocktail
Squatchy says
Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Magnesium Citrate, L-Trytophan, GABA (as 4 Amino 3 Phenylbutyric Acid), 5-Hydroxytrytophan, Melatonin, Xylitol, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Stevia 80% Glycosides, Natural Colors.
William says
So….I just can’t get over $10 shipping for a small package like this.
Shaunna says
Any chance we can get more info (ie. blogpost, study references, podcast) on the effects of antihistamines Doc Parsley referred to? Sounds pretty serious if they can change who you are. As someone who lives in Austin, TX, where allergies sufferers are ubiquitous, I take zyrtec almost every day. Hearing that makes me very concerned for sure.
Robb Wolf says
Great idea!
Jeanne G says
Another category of people who will benefit from help with sleep: postmenopausal women. I’ve gone from 8-9 hrs per night to 5-6 hrs post-menopause. And that’s true of many women I know. I’m excited to try this.
Robb Wolf says
Indeed!
Maureen says
How much melatonin is in these? Looking forward to these coming to Canada – happy to hear that that is in the works
Robb Wolf says
Maureen-
a very small dose, about 200 micrograms.
Alicia says
I don’t know why I’m having problems with finding an area for a coupon code but I’ve tried multiple times. I ordered the product at full price because my husband, who works graveyards in law enforcement, and I, I work retail and very inconsistent hours, really wanted to get started on this product. I typed in the notes that I was unable to type in the coupon code Robb Wolf for the 10% off but wasn’t sure if it would be honored that way. My husband and I were curious about additional discounts for law enforcement, military, etc. We both heard on the Podcast that Doc Parsley said he is trying to get this product to these special groups for a lower price? Did we hear that right?
Robb Wolf says
Alicia-that discount should apply automatically, let me check on this. Were you using this email? Also, yes, we will have specific police, mil and fire discounts.
Jen says
My husband and I received out order yesterday and we used it last night. We both slept much better than usual. I seemed to remember so many more dreams than I usually do. I was woken by the dog 5 or 6 times because we are training her to sleep in her own bed on the floor. Normally this would have completely wrecked my night but each time I went right back to sleep and felt great in the morning.
Evan says
Ship to Canada please 🙂
Tim says
FYI, http://www.hylete.com/checkout/cart/ says: “Coupon code “RobbWolf50″ is not valid.”
Robb Wolf says
That coupon code is good for the first purchase only!
Dr Matt Sippel says
Just answering the call from Australia for Dr Kirk.
I have a good number of friends how are retired SAS soldiers.
Does Rodd or dr Kirk need contacts here in Australia. More than happy to help where I can.
Cheers.
Robb Wolf says
Doc! can never have enough contacts, I’ll email you.
Dr Matt says
The joys of re-reading ones own post – my apologies Robb (not Rodd).
I am sure us Aussies and Kiwis would love to have your team come to town. We have been following Pete Evans closely and he is really on the money. We are very fortunate where we live, in that we are surrounded by lots of agriculture, with some sizable organic producers.
My wife and I are chiropractors and all too often now we seeing more and more guts issues being expressed as musculoskeltal pains. So a big part of our treatment includes Paleo
Robb Wolf says
Very cool, and Rodd can be my alternate persona!
Sentinel says
Robb, Thanks and congrats to you and Dr. Parsley for finally getting this product to market! Can you or Dr. Parsley identify the quantity of Vitamin D3 in the cocktail, and explain why vitamin D3 is being taken at night as part of the cocktail? It’s counter-intuitive since D3 as a supplement seems to act as a stimulant for a lot of people (as can be seen in discussions on the blog of the late Dr. Seth Roberts). Thanks!
Robb Wolf says
Hey thanks and fantastic question. I’m doing some video-blogs with doc in a week or so, this will be the first question we tackle. VERY good. Short answer for now is the D3 amount is small, and we are looking at a synergistic response, not just the individual nutrients.
daz says
It looks like the Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) content per serve is 1000% the DV (Daily Value).
& it looks like the DV for Vitamin D is 400 IU.
So 400 x 1000% = 4,000 IU.
daz says
i think the 1000% may be a ‘typo’ for the Vitamin D ?
& it should read 100%
Sentinel says
Thanks! Looking forward to the vlogs. In the meantime, I have placed an order and will give the cocktail the “Insomniac Challenge.”
Robb Wolf says
Keep me posted!
Kat says
how do we find the military discount/product page? My husband has had sleep issues related to his four combat tours for years, and I really want him to try this product. I would happily buy a bottle for me at regular price as I am only a Reservist now, but if we could get him his at a lower price that would be great.
Robb Wolf says
Kat- Currently there is a 10% discount if you enter the code “robbwolf”. We will have some police/mil/fire specific codes later.
Kat says
Ok, thx! We will give it a try (him after talking to his doctor re other meds) and keep a lookout for military codes.
Jared v says
It doesn’t say how much GABA is in it which is a little concerning. Do you know the how much GABA it contains?
Tim says
I’ve tried it a couple times now. It makes me drop of to sleep in minute my head hits the pillow and I’m out all night. Next morning I wake up feeling great. Good work, Doc P!
Kevin says
Looking forward to this being available in Canada.
Thanks for the great info in the meantime.
kat says
should we up dosage if we still keep waking up?
The taste does not make the nightly ritual relaxing, by the way. I used to do Natural Calm lemon flavor – enjoyed that much more. Not sure if it is the fake Apple, the sweetness or what, but it isn’t my favorite as far as taste goes.
Mark says
I can’t believe you guys refuse to provide the dosage of the individual ingredients – especially melatonin, gaba and 5-htp.
I mean, when I go to the Dr. and he asks me to list meds and supplements I can’t tell him how much of what I’m taking. I just have to tell him, “don’t worry doc, a Dr. and a paleo guru designed the cocktail. I’m sure it’s ok”.
I understand the need to protect IP, but many supplement cocktails at least provide the dosage of some of the more “serious” ingredients. It’s not a HUGE ask to know exactly how much 5-htp I’m taking…
Rids says
Any idea when we can order this to Australia?
Karen Evans says
It sounds like something I’d like to try. Please when can we order to Australia?
