I was so excited to see Dr Oakley as a guest on the show. Dr Oakley, I took your Learning How to Learn MOOC in August and I was so impressed by you and the course, you have a wonderful way of explaining complex topics in very understandable but not simplistic ways. It’s funny, as I worked through the course I thought it had some Paleo leanings – sleep & exercise – with science references. Great show and I encourage others to check out the course on Coursera.org – it’s only 4 weeks long, not too intense a time committment, and very worth while. A new session starts in January.
