Fantastic show, guys!!
Travis asked me to review his book a couple of months ago, so I was really excited you were going to have him on the podcast. This is life-changing info, no exaggeration.
For anyone who’s interested in learning more about this, I’m running a series on my blog — layperson-friendly! (And hopefully also pretty good for people who already know the basic concepts, but want a little more detail.)

Robb – thanks for being so honest about where your passion in all this comes from. I also remember reading about your parents’ many health complications. (And your mother-in-law’s.) My own mother was a bit of a health disaster, and she passed away recently. I tried to talk to her so many times about making some changes, but to no avail. I can no longer help her, so dammit, I’m going to help as many *other* people as I can. It starts with getting this info out there and making it understandable/accessible to people who aren’t fluent in biochemistry. Like you and Travis said — some people will choose to ignore it, be afraid of it, or be too wedded to their whole grains to give keto a try, but for those who are willing to try something different, they should at least be given the information and allowed to make an informed decision for themselves.

There’s a newer version on Amazon that’s a little over $17.
