I’m a little behind on podcasts; I listen to them when I’m walking the dog in the woods near my house. Yesterday was Phil Maffetone and today this one. I hope you keep doing these for a while-you are introducing me to new people and ideas that I would otherwise not encounter.
I did competitive mountain biking for a while and I can relate to the dysfunction you both mentioned!
