30 Day Guide to the Paleo Diet
Want some extra help? Have you been trying Paleo for a while but have questions or aren’t sure what the right exercise program is for you? Or maybe you just want a 30-day meal plan and shopping list to make things easier? We’ve created a getting started guide to help you through your first 30 days.
I heard your comment about possibly doing Move Your DNA as a book club read with forum participation and questions answered by Katy. I think that is a GREAT idea. Hope to find out it is happening. Excellent episode!
Wow, awesome podcast and will definitely be buying Kay’s book. Robb, You mentioned doing a book club with Katy’s book–I’d be up for that!
Keep up the good work!

I really like the book club idea!
I rarely comment but I agree that this is one of the most interesting and significant books I’ve read and reread in a long time. More interviews with Katy would be great! Likewise for book club read idea.
Robb, this was one of the most interesting episodes this year. It’s such a great idea to think about every aspect of human existence as a system evolved to a general set of environmental constraints. Food, sleep, peeps, movement. All interconnected, all generally considered separately. Am I missing anything?
As an aside,I’m beginning to suspect that there are no properly speaking vestigial bits to humans, just a mismatch between adaptation and circumstances.
Thanks to you and Katy for this.
I’m fascinated by this topic. I’m trying to digest the huge amount of information Katy’s book contains and I have found the podcast very useful. I do hope the book club idea goes ahead? Here’s my vote in favour, all the way from London.
I have been practising Qi Gong for a while (rushed explanation – sequence of movements, body alignement, breath and meditation for health purposes) The more I familiarise myself with Katy’s work, the more it strikes me that the Chinese had sussed out all this stuff 4,000 years ago (the notion of disease as consequence of impaired/restricted oxignation at cellular level, ultimately a consequence of “stiffness” of different kinds of tissues, the notion of the healing power of movement and breathing)
Is it a myth that in certain Asian countries workers in offices or factories are summoned by a GONG to interrupt their activity once an hour to practice a sequence of movements combined with deep breathing for a few minutes? I don’t know whether it is true, but anyway… it makes so much sense.
Good podcast Rob – It felt like Katy was cracking open the ‘nut of exercise’ to find there is something much better waiting for us to discover!
I’m very interested in a book club!
Thanks for having Katy on!! I would love to be part of the book club!!!
I am definitely into the book club idea
Also yes to the book club! I already purchased the book, and it’s a little overwhelming to know where to start. Would love to have some support.
Would love more info/follow up on Moving Your DNA! Thanks!
+1 for the book club. I am also rereading Move Your DNA and again finding so much good stuff in there. Also: not a frequent commenter, but thank you for the excellent podcast, got to know a lot of interesting people though it and also a lot of interesting stuff to implement… Still a lot work in progress of course 🙂
Another supporter of the book club! Or any sort of program/thing that dives more into this subject and gives field for questions
IDK if this book club idea every panned out but if so I’d love to be included! On my second read of the book, and have started sessions with a RES graduate to help me with my alignment, froze my gym memberships and working on the basics this time:)
I LOVE this idea, but I am too busy to get this thing running and give it the love it needs.
