I started the year by getting on the scales….234lbs! I knew I needed to do something and fast! I had tried every diet under the sun over the years, and whilst I had lost weight, I always managed to gain it all back and more. This time I needed to do something that would be a long term lifestyle change. I decided to eat clean, and through that came across the paleo diet which I switched to 3 months ago. I also signed up to the local gym and have loved getting back into weight training, especially kettlebells. 6 months in and I am 56lbs down! I have at least another 30lbs to go, but I am gaining muscle in places I never knew it existed and have much more energy for my husband and children! Next mission is to get the whole family involved. Can’t recommend this lifestyle choice enough. Would love to come over to the USA one day and train in Rob Wolf’s gym! Thank you from sunny England 🙂

Mm mm key lime pie……..! Thanks guys. Have just got myself a bike today for the ride to work! Hoping that will help shift some extra pounds too. But mostly just looking forward to all of the exercise in the fresh air 🙂 will update when I am at target in a few months time!

I can see the difference,Emma , on ´before´ and ´after´photos. You cant use the photoshop for that.I´m glad you managed to achieve this transformation.
