Great podcast. At first when I saw “Wheat Belly” I thought you might be departing from the norm and talking about some lost bluesman.
I am overweight, drink too much, don’t exercise enough and generally feel like shit. I have made attempts to radically change my lifestyle over night by going 100% totally hard core paleo, start huge exercise regimen, etc. and failed within a week. What I am going to attempt this time is to just eliminate gluten and go for a 30 minute walk at least 3 times a week and just try to do that much perfectly for 30 days. What I hope is that just that level of change will cause enough success as to get me to buy in to bigger changes.
