Professor Hamilton M. Stapell would like to invite the ancestral health community to participate in a new online survey. The purpose of this survey is to better understand who we are, and where we are going. Specifically, the survey seeks to accomplish three main goals:
1) Describe the current size and composition of the ancestral health movement.
2) Identify common practices and the most important motivating factors for going paleo/primal.
3) Predict the future trajectory of the ancestral health movement.
The survey includes approximately 25 questions, and should take 3 to 5 minutes to complete. We are seeking as many respondents as possible in order to ensure a useable dataset and meaningful results. Feel free to share this link with others.
Please note: The results of this survey are for academic purposes only, and all responses are anonymous. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Dr. Hamilton M. Stapell at: [email protected]
Hamilton M. Stapell, PhD, is Assistant Professor of History at SUNY New Paltz, where he sits on the Evolutionary Studies Board (EvoS). Empowerment says
Clean eating is not a new concept! Nor is it a fad diet to shed weight. Clean eating is about sticking to what is closest to natural products and avoid processed foods that come out of a box. It’s not about restricting what you eat, but rather about making conscious choices to eat better quality foods. This means more natural products and less chemicals and additives. Although some people may be able to jump right into clean eating and never look back, most need to ease into this lifestyle. A sure way to get started is to firstly drink more water; secondly eliminate processed foods; thirdly balance your meals; and finally control portion size.
