2lb Minced beef
1 large onion,
2 cloves garlic
1 tin chopped tomatos
1 carton of Passatta
Chilli powder to taste or raw chillis to taste.
fresh Corriander (cilantro)
tsp coconut oil
Instructions: Chop the vegies and crush the garlic.
Fry the garlic in a tsp coconut oil,
fry onions until soft, add veggies.
Add mince and fry until cooked through. Add tinned toms and passatta, and chillis or chilli powder to taste, turn heat down and simmer for about 45mins until the sauce is thick and themeat well cooked through.
I like to serve it with cauli and broccolli, or coleslaw and guacamole.
I sometimes add a tsp of tomato puree to make it more tomatoey.
