Ingredients:
“Crust”:
1 lb Ground Pork
1 lb Ground Sausage
2 eggs
Toppings:
Pesto
Mozzarella
Raw Cheddar
Scrambled Eggs
Bacon
Bell Peppers
Mushrooms
Grape Tomatoes
Instructions: Combine “crust” ingredients in a bowl by hand to blend well.
Press crust on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Drain excess liquid and blot the surface with a paper towel. Add toppings. Broil for 5 minutes. Devour.
Notes: PERFECT for an easy breakfast the morning after holiday parties…bonus points, too, because it’ll cure a hangover like nothing else.
