Ingredients:
1C Almond Flour
1C Coconut Flour
1/4C Flaxseed Meal
1/4C Chopped Walnuts
3 Large Eggs
1 tsp Cinnimon
1/2 tsp Nut Meg
1 small ripe Banana mashed
Coc0nut Milk to consistancy
Instructions:
Put 3 eggs in med mixing bowl
Add all dry ingrediants and mix well
Add mashed banana and coconut milk while blending on medium speed until a smooth pancake batter consistancy is achieved. Try to keep on the thicker side for fluffier pancakes :0)
Place in Non stick pan 1/4 cup measuring spoon and cook on medium heat approx 3min per side as to not burn or over cook.
Serve with fruit topping of choice or drizzle with pure honey
For a post workout snack add 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein to Batter.

The ratios are off on this recipe and don’t match the original post on the Main Dishes page. Using these measurements will result in a batter that never sets up and LOTS of wasted flours. 🙁

Agreed. I wish I would have read the first comment before I tried this recipe. It was a complete waste of flours. Thumbs down.

I agree! what a frustrating morning! Did not read comments until I was rechecking the comments. If you add two more eggs and a ton of milk it will “kind of” turn out. At least enough so that you can serve the pancakes.
