Alright folks there have been several requests for some cool Paleo Solution t-shirts, but since Robb and I aren’t very creative we thought perhaps you had some good ideas. Here is your chance to help design our first t-shirt – please post any ideas on graphics, slogans etc. to the comments of this post or email me. Thanks!

Would love the “bread, you are dead to me”. A doc at work brings bagels in twice a week, a Paleo Co-worker and I always shout “Bagels are the Devil!”

you could do a retro parody of ‘mane n tail’ shampoo label, except not violating the copyright it would have to be like “hair n arse” or something… the font is common enough and you could substitute cavemen for the horses… weird but it could work
I am not that clever either. But when you see the food pyramid you know they are trying to convey healthy ideas in picture forum without the blah blah blah. Quick visual.
How about playing around with that. Basically the diet turns the whole pyramid upside down in a way. Maybe upside down pyramid. Then the widest part on top put lean meats and fish. Make up a Paleo upside down new food pyramid.
Another idea is to put poison X over a picture of dairy stuff and grain stuff and sweet stuff and salt shaker.
Maybe another thing about fast food. What was old is now new again. Show some animal running vs drive up. Maybe a cycle that shows caveman chasing antelope and then man driving up in fast food lane then another picture of modern guy in sneakers running after antelope. Kind of ties in the fitness and what to eat together?

I know pictures of cool bad ass cavemen would be what younger guys would like to wear I think. Maybe more than one design so you can appeal to broader audience.
I like the upside down pyramind idea. since you are taking conventional wisdom and flipping it over.
Thanks Nate. Also it lends a more educational flavor to it. Looks official. Folks might analyze it to see why that pyramid is upside down? Get them to look closer. Kids could wear it. It is taking a serious view of it. Freakonomics is very popular. What our assumptions are and then take a 360 degree turn on what we already assume or know.

Yeah I was thinking about that too. Something along the lines of It worked then and it still works now. But seemed lame. But putting it into context of Fad Diet since 3 million BC really kind of sums it up. But I would want to keep the word fad out of the conversation. Or how about…you know how they show how man started with ape and then shows bigger apes all the way to man? Well how about show Paleo man then neolithic man (shorter bad teeth etc) and man today even worse.

Maybe just have that printed small, like the actual warning label, in addition to whatever design you choose.
Does it cause hair loss? OMG if that is the case then my husband will be glad to hear that!
Gluten causes the Alopecia kind of hair loss, definitely. But going paleo hasn’t helped reverse my male pattern baldness… Sad face.

In a traditional sports jersey font (think 70’s squarish with rounded corners… on the front Paleo Solution in two arched bands. On the back, in place of your name on the jersey have “Listener” and then below it have a screened white box with only a black number sign to the left so people can decide what listener they are with a sharpie or something. Since there is always a disputed number of listeners and since Andy hates it, might as well let everyone decide for themselves. ha
