I am leaving this seperate email as you requested. I don’t want to take up space from others and don’t necessarily need to sit through a whole cert again…but I really do appreciate your offer. If you end up planning on doing some cooking demos in San Diego, Marc Homan (the boyfriend who attended your cert with me) can and will do what we can to help facilitate it. He, as I, would love to hear the morning portion again too. You can let us know what your equip needs are and we can beg, borrow, and steal what we need to make it happen for you. We have a portable grill that would work for most things you may cook. Marc is an alumni of USD, and the school is in my command, so it would be a no brainer to help out in anyway you would need.

I was at the cert in Reno. Thanks for coming out. I went home and threw out all my wife’s whole wheat pasta and all the bread in the house. Luckily she’s willing to try this out and I’m rather insistent.
Blue Zones. Have you heard of this guy. I saw this book, “Blue Zones” while I was picking up a copy of “Good Calories, bad Calories.” I googled the book and found their web site. I would have read more, but I saw the author with his arm around Oprah and threw up a little in my mouth. I wanted to get your opinion of this guy and his companies “research.”
Thanks again for the eye opener. I’m off of expensive supplements and training for 24hr mountain bike racing season on a Paleo Diet.

The Cert was spot on in terms of scope and detail. I wouldn’t have thought it possible to cover so much so well is so little time. Obviously we all still have questions, but that’s the nature of the game.
