It’s safe to say that the “Paleo Movement” has taken off. What started as a relatively small bunch of ‘reformed Zoners’ and ‘ahead of their time meat lovers’ has evolved into a large group of people dedicated to performance, health and longevity. The overall ruling concepts of Paleo are pretty much the same across the board – and like any diet or training program getting started is the hardest part but once you’re in, results will follow – at least for awhile… But in time circumstances and needs change. Your body adjusts and what worked once or for awhile may not be the answer anymore. Amy has been in the “Paleo Game” for quite awhile. She specializes and works with a broad range of clients; competitive athletes – (Olympic rower Ursula Grobler, two time Kettlebell World Champion Lorna Kleidman, numerous IronMan triathletes, professional bikers, marathoners, CrossFit games competitors, MMA fighters and more), those looking to optimize body composition – (whether it be leaning out or becoming ‘mass-tastic’), those managing or recovering from autoimmune and diet related diseases (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, IBS, renal failure, lupus, etc.). Amy is up to the challenge no matter what it may be! Additionally, she is currently the consultant dietitian for Joe Friel’s TrainingBible Coaching, The Whole9, and Boot Camp Pasadena. She writes for Paleo Magazine, The Racing Post, contributes to numerous blogs and is the director of Robb’s RD Network.

While Stephanie enjoys working with individuals at all levels, she especially likes working with those at the beginning and intermediate stages of fitness. Her approach focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of health in order to help people get their heads in the game.
