Get your carts ready and your cameras out. We want to see what foods you and/or your family buy and eat in a week including photos of the purchase receipts. Confused, wondering why and what for? The inspiration for this assignment/project comes from my favorite coffee table book: Hungry Planet: What The World Eats. The book… Continue Reading
Putting Hidradenitis Suppurativa Into Remission
I have had a condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) for over 20 years. Never heard of it? I’m not surprised. It’s the Leprosy of the 21st century. HS sufferers will inadvertently break out in boils and cysts in delicate areas of their bodies – armpits, groin, buttocks, upper thighs – which can take months to… Continue Reading
Baskets of Health: The Easter Bunny Goes Paleo
Oh yeah, it’s Easter. The chocolate bunnies are out in force – ready to attack. Jelly beans, peanut butter filled eggs, robin eggs (the ones that turn your lips funky colors – don’t ask how I know this…), and who can forget PEEPs… Easter is the second largest sugar soaked holiday following Halloween. It’s estimated… Continue Reading
Paleo Helps Change A World Changer

I’m the founder of I’m On A Mission, a Transformational Wellness company. I began this Mission in 2007 with the… Continue Reading
Beating Dermatomyositis and IBS with a Paleo Diet
By: Paul Hile & Grace Osborne Months after my fiancée (Grace) and I had begun dating, a large deer, not much of a high jumper, leapt through our windshield on the way to her folk’s house in west Illinois. The accident was a bloody mess, and the blood wasn’t ours, thankfully. Or… err…not so… Continue Reading
