We routinely receive questions about HOW to shop and cook once one removes the bread, rice, pasts etc. I’ve never understood how folks could not simply use the same sauces and cooking techniques they use on carbier food, but I guess some things just do not transfer well! This is guerrilla shopping (we almost got kicked out of a major super market…I managed to talk out way out) and cooking at it’s best! Not a Hollywood production but it’s perfect for folks who have no damn idea how to feed, water and care for themselves within Paleo guidelines.

Looking forward to the DVD! I need to start moving away from just eggs/meat/vegetables thrown on a plate and into some good cooking.
I will definitely get this although I am confident in my Paleo cooking skills as I have done this about a year now. Yet, always love to learn more from the masters.
On an aside, I used to be a vegan/vegetarian chef so converting recipe ideas has been fun!! Sometimes, I just do this without rhyme and reason. Then I can be creative and often end up with the best ideas. Gotta learn to write them down though so I can rinse and repeat.
