love to watch dexter, love to read all things paleo, so needless to say this video was great.
for a second attempt I would try to work in a deadlift or maybe huck around a heavy bag (like a body bag)
also, now that I think of it, awesome that you chose to lace up shoes rather than showcase something retarded like vibram five fingers.
Ernie O'Malley says
Holy Crap! This is brilliant! Love it!
Brian PCF says
Dude, I get queesy every time I see that intro. But good stuff!
Robb Wolf says

Contemplationist says
Hey Robb
Loved that lil video as an old-time fan of Dexter.
Off-topic, I had a question on fish-oil supplementation. Due to your earlier post recommending around 2-3g of EPA+DHA for normal/healthy adults and significantly more for inflamed people, I dutifully supplement with 2.4G of EPA+DHA from PharmaNutrients.
However, I just came across THIS POST
Now I’m not sure what to think.
I would great appreciate it if you could address posts like those!
Thanks!
Josh says
Robb went over this article in a recent Paleo Solution podcast…
Contemplationist says
Thanks Josh.
I checked out the podcast.
So I guess he concluded with a dial-down of the recommended dosage
down to 0.5g/kg of bodyweight.
chuck says

Renee says
Holy cats, is right! LOL You should import your blog and twitter feed to the Facebook fan page so we can easily share your posts with others who don’t twitter.
Amber Karnes says
Renee, there are little icons below each post that let you share on Facebook and other sites. Give that a shot!

Sweet! Love Dexter. Wonderful synthesize of what a killer book means. It could pass for Dexter until I see a ring on your hand. Wait…Dexter don’t have any ring on. Oh, that was you, Robb.
Nate says
Very cool Rob. Great concept especially for a killer book!
Erin Wooldridge says
I Love it! I have just started watching Dexter on Netflix. You shot that really well…who did that for you? I am new to Paleo, on day 8. Can’t believe how good I feel! I feel like I have finally found the secret to eating right! Thank you!
Robb Wolf says
Erin! brian Peterson shot that, you can see some of his other work on YouTube. I’m glad Paleo is going well!

See you soon!
Brian Peterson says
Thanks for the kind words on this fun side-project…only possible with Robb’s fearless attitude. I’ve been producing commercial videos for more than 22 years but it’s short fun projects like this that keep it interesting.
Robb Wolf says
Brian is a genius with this stuff, we are really lucky to be able to work with him.
gary martisn says

Adrienne says
Very entertainig!!Just watched the Paleo Brands Seminar…Have you ever thought of running for President?
Robb Wolf says
The first Libertarian President? That would be cool!
Contemplationist says
Wow is every paleo pro a libertarian or what? Kurt Harris of Paleonu is a Rothbardian, Richard Nikolay of freetheanimal was a libertarian blogger before he turned to paleo, Art De Vany is a libertarian.
Love it!

Awesome vid – reminds me that I must ingest something with a face and a soul.
Not sure if this is the right place for it, but heard NPR talking about how NOT to have excess Vitamin D right as I’m reading your book on the importance of raising it – do you have a commentary on this study?

Thanks!

Carlos says
This is really well-done, kudos to you and your post-production guy. Love Dexter and Paleo.
musajen says
Ha! Everytime I’d see the opening credits for Dexter I aplaud his Paleo breakfast. And I mean EVERYTIME. I’m a geek like that. And I totally love that you’ve utilized it for Paleo.
Garth Whelan says
How old are you? I can’t find any information and you always look really young to me. I wonder if looking young is a side-effect of the diet.
Robb Wolf says
Almost 39. I Think I’m aging slower than normal.
Jon says
That’s hilarious! I love Dexter. Paleo + Dexter = Genius
Tane says
Robb et al,
Great video. I enjoyed it even though I’ve never really watched Dexter. Perhaps as a result of watching it with fresh, non-Dexterised eyes, I notice that you appear to be wearing wedding rings on both hands.
Is it one on the left for America and one on the right for ze German ancestry?
Robb Wolf says
Nicht. It’s two sets of hands, one mine, the other Brian Peterson’s. We were wondering if anyone would notice that.
Tane says
Thank goodness. My other theory was that Paleo had indeed become a religion and “100% Strict Paleo” now required polygamy and the recently mentioned Floe-care for senior citizens e.g. 35-year olds.
(And maybe cannibalism, like we used to to it in the Old Country- after all, what is better than grass-fed meat? Meat-fed meat! Now that is the “Original Human Diet”, if you catch my drift.)
Brian Peterson says
Actually, the two with the rings are my hands and it’s the same hand. On the French Press I had to reverse the image to be true to the Dexter open and to hide my girly long fingernails for guitar playing on my real right hand(notice it’s a ring finger on the “right” hand?). The other pulling the laces is not reversed.
Keen eye there, Tane.
MBrando says
COOL one!!! Love it 🙂
