Robb, appreciate you sharing you experiences around responses to different carb sources. How long after consuming food do you test? I heard 2 hours but wanted to confirm. I myself have been concerned about my fasting blood glucose numbers being in the low 90s even with eating paleo and wonder if I need to take the same approach as yourself. I find that stress has been a big factor in chronic inflammation and gut dysbiosis too.
